Risk-Sharing Instruments

Our risk-sharing instruments are designed to improve access to finance for businesses operating in strategic sectors of the economy. These include bank guarantees and refinancing facilities that reduce the financial risk for lenders, making it easier for enterprises to secure credit for investment and growth.

Through bank guarantees, we share the risk with financial institutions, enabling them to lend to businesses that may not have sufficient collateral but demonstrate strong potential. Our refinancing facilities complement this by providing liquidity support to lenders, allowing them to restructure or extend credit to qualifying projects-particularly in sectors such as tourism, agriculture, manufacturing, and export trade.
