Documentation for Exporters

To access EDF’s financing services, the documents below are required:

1. Certificate of incorporation or business registration certificate
2. Articles and Memorandum of Association
3. MITC investment Certificate
4. Comprehensive business plan
5. Audited accounts for 3 years and management accounts if it’s an existing business
6. Proof of an export market backed by an off-take agreement
7. Board's resolution to borrow
8. Title deed of property being pledged as security
9. CVs of the people holding key positions
10. any other material document depending on the nature of business
