Prior to this, Chanza was Projects Preparation and Development Specialist, Export Development Fund from 2019 to 2021; Senior Manager of Special Projects for EDF in 2021; Principal Revenue Officer, Ministry of Finance from 2017to 2019; Special Assistant to the Secretary to the Treasury, Ministry of Finance, 2016 to 2017; Revenue Officer, Ministry of Finance, 2009 to 2016.
Chanza holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Economics) degree, obtained in 2009; Master of Science in Energy Studies (Energy Economics), 2014; Professional Qualifications Transfer Pricing, 2017; Financial Programming and Policies, 2015; Macroeconomic Management in Resource Rich Countries, 2014.
